S2 pupils could investigate how their performance in the recent fitness tests compared to that of the national average. This information can be gathered from a basic google search. The tests completed were; Multistage fitness test, 30 second sit up, sit and reach, standing long jump, vertical jump
S3-S6 NQ pupils (Int 1/2/ higher)
NQ pupils should attempt SQA past paper questions as means of study.
