Waxing and wailing

All honour to the brave men who faced the wax and lived to tell the tale. With tie in teeth and grimace on face, they awaited the ripping of the cloth with pride, knowing they did it for charity and to give everyone a laugh.

So many thanks to Andrew Dunn, Michael Devlin, Christopher Costello, Christopher Mulholland, Christopher Tyrrell and Mr Fairley, and thanks also to the bloodthirsty hordes who paid up to watch our gladiators in action.

Thanks also to Jo Lavelle who showed such professionalism, by making it easy for them (but not too easy!)
