The Library is open lunchtimes and after school Monday – Thursday. Pupils can change books, read, complete homework, study, research, play board games (including chess), colour in and take part in Library activities. Pupils from 2nd year and above can volunteer to help as Library assistants.

Breakfast Club – Tuesday & Thursday 8.30 – 8.50am
In the Citizens’ Cafe Tuesday and Thursday mornings. There will be toast, cereal, juice, fruit and yogurt available at no charge. All pupils are welcome, but particularly S1 and S2 pupils, and those who find they don’t have time for a breakfast in the morning. Please pop in any time from 8.30am and give it a try.

A Drama club for S2 takes place on Fridays 12.40 pm in Mr Deans’ Drama room.

Book Group
Book Group takes place on Tuesdays at lunchtime in the Citizens Cafe. This is a great opportunity for you to take part in reading activities, borrow brilliant new books and meet friends. Please feel free to bring your lunch with you.

S1/S2 Netball.  Time to be confirmed.

S1/2 Photography Club runs Thursday lunchtimes in the Library with Mrs Macfadyen and Ms Steinert. All equipment provided – you don’t need to have your own camera. Bring your lunch.

Irish Dancing
Irish Dancing club takes place Wednesday lunchtimes with Miss Gilmour. 12.40pm – 1.10pm in the Dance Room/Fitness Suite. All ages and stages welcome.

S1-2 dance club Thursdays after school (4-5pm). Please see Miss Walmsley for details.

S1-6 Badminton Club.  Time to be confirmed.

S3-4 Netball.  Time to be confirmed

Table tennis
Monday lunchtimes in the large gym 12.40-1.10pm. See the PE department for more details.

Chess Club takes place Fridays at lunchtime in Miss Halket’s class (Room 204). All new members are very welcome. You do not need previous experience as you can be taught how to play. Please feel free to bring your lunch along with you.
