The Library is open lunchtimes and after school Monday – Thursday. Pupils can change books, read, complete homework, study, research, play board games, colour in, draw, complete puzzles and take part in Library activities. Pupils from 2nd year and above can volunteer to help as Library assistants. Keep your eyes open for Friday Clubs.
Breakfast Club – 8.00 – 8.50am daily
In the Support for Learning Base every morning. There will be toast, cereal, juice, fruit and yoghurt available at no charge. All pupils are welcome, but particularly S1 and S2 pupils, and those who find they don’t have time for a breakfast in the morning. Please pop in any time from 8.00am and give it a try.
The Homework club is on Tuesday and Thursday at 12.45 in room 224 in Science. Teachers are there to help with homework or for pupils to access computers.
Book Group takes place on Tuesdays at lunchtime in the Nurture Room. This is a great opportunity for you to take part in reading activities, borrow brilliant new books and meet friends. Please feel free to bring your lunch with you. Details from Mrs Woolley.
Chess Club takes place Fridays at lunchtime in Room 204. All new members are very welcome. You do not need previous experience as you can be taught how to play. Please feel free to bring your lunch along with you. Details from Mrs Woolley.
This year Dance Club is open to S1-S3 pupils and will run Thursday after school 4-5pm. Anyone interested in joining who has not already signed up please see Miss Walmsley for more information – beginners always welcome!

BBC School Report
BBC School Reporters Group runs at lunchtimes and after school leading up to School Report Day each March. Pupils investigate, write and report on topics important to them.
