A weather warning generally refers to an alert issue , an agency to warn citizens approaching dangerous weather.
They are 3 levels of warnings are Yellow, Amber and Red . An amber warning means that its the next level down from a red warning so the situation is not quite severe but there is a potential risk to life and property.
A red warning is the most serious kind of weather wearing and its most likely to cause damages and many homes could have power cuts and is a big risk to peoples life.
