Model of matter

Everything is made of matter in one of its forms e.g. solids, liquids, gases, plasma.

Matter can change from one form to another e.g. snow (solid) can melt to water (liquid) then evaporating into water vapour (gas), before condensing back into water, which freezes back into snow. This is called the water cycle.
